The Roaring Forties Aero Modellers Club held
their own fundraising event for the Royal
Flying Doctor Service as part of the Australian
Model Flying Day in 2016. Through opening up
their field to not only members, but to family
and friends, allowed them to showcase their
facilities, highlight their sport and put their
club on the map to the local community.
